Due to the extreme climatic conditions we don't produce this Quino every year. But when we do it is because all the conditions are aligned to surprise us with an outstanding result: very cold springs but just no frost, inundating rains but a dry end summer, aggressive winds transformed into a warm Puelche. Then the wine is aged in second use French barrels to give its structure and persistence in your mouth and in your cellar. Do not open... if you look for traditional tropical notes from Central Valley: this is pure minerality from SouthernMost.
